T Level Management and Administration (Business Support)

This innovative two-year technical study programme, part of our T Level offerings, has been collaboratively designed in consultation with global, national, and local businesses to encompass specialised content crucial in the business sector.

In the first year of study, your studies will cover:
- Business context – Exploring various types of organisations and the environments influencing their operations
- People management – Examining how different organisations ensure they have the right individuals to meet their objectives.
- Quality and compliance – Emphasising the significance of maintaining and enhancing quality across all organisational aspects
- Finance and financial reporting
- Policies and procedures – Delving into the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), (heir measurement, and their impact on individual roles
- Project and change management – Addressing the need for continuous improvement
- Business behaviours – Emphasising effective communication and adaptability.
This foundational knowledge will pave the way for specialisation in Leadership and Management during your second year.
Assessment
Students will spend at least 345hours with an employer on an industry placement.
- Two Written Examinations (Year 1)

Progression
The T Level Management and Administration is the equivalent to 3 A Levels and can support entry into university. It also helps students develop the skills, and experience, to move directing into their chosen industry after the completion of the course. Previous UAH T Level Management and Administration students who have gone onto to Frther Education have taken a variety of pathways including Apprenticeships in Accounting, Law and Marketing, Undergraduate degrees in Fashion Marketing, Business Management, International Business and Marketing.
