Learners aged 16–19 must hold a relevant Level 1 vocational qualification. Those with a GCSE Grade 3 or below will continue to work towards achieving a Grade 4–9 in GCSE English or Maths.

Course Overview

The Level 2 Bench Joinery Certificate is designed to develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence required to progress in the joinery industry.
Training takes place in our fully equipped joinery workshops, where you’ll learn how to manufacture a wide range of joinery products and gain a deeper understanding of how the construction industry operates. You’ll also develop the ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and work to industry standards.

The course focuses on practical training that reflects real industry expectations, helping you build an employment-ready skill set.
