Wellbeing

Wellbeing at UAH Sixth Form

At UAH Sixth Form, student wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do. Our dedicated Wellness Club runs every Wednesday lunchtime and offers a calm, supportive space for students to unwind and de-compress. Whether it’s drawing, colouring, gentle creative activities, or trying out new mindfulness and meditation techniques, the club provides a relaxed environment to take a break from academic pressures. It’s a great opportunity for students to look after their mental health, connect with others, and build simple, positive habits that support overall wellbeing.

Lincolnshire C-Card Scheme

UAH students who are of the eligible age can access the Lincolnshire C-Card Scheme, a confidential service that provides young people with free sexual health advice, information, and resources. The scheme supports students in making informed, responsible choices and ensures they have access to trusted guidance when they need it.
